About Jon Jones
Jon Jones is an Art Producer \ Outsourcing Manager in the video game industry. He currently runs his own art production management agency, smArtist LLC, managing a large international network of artists with a wide range of skillsets and experience with all platforms. Over the course of his decade-long career, Jon has worked with Vigil Games, NCsoft, 2K Games, Sony Online Entertainment and Ready At Dawn Studios, among many others.
Jon is hellbent on learning to be a better artist, manager and human being, and has a penchant for writing about it. He’s absolutely fascinated by the subject of outsourcing art, both from the contractor’s and the manager’s viewpoints.
